Learn about the Active Offer of French Language Services in Manitoba. An active offer of service invites the public to use one of the two official languages—English or French—when communicating with or receiving a service from one of our offices. Along with outlining the concept of Active Offer, this course also introduces the French Language Services (FLS) Policy and the Francophone Community Enhancement and Support Act and provides learners with a solid history and understanding of French in Manitoba. You will also gain an understanding of how to greet people or facilitate the delivery of FLS, even if you do not speak French.
